Featuring locally-made ingredients and our famous 3-cheese blend, our Mostaciolii with Meatballs and Lasagna frozen entrees are preservative-free and ready to be served and shared with your family.

Lasagna With Meat
Our Lasagna is a true “heat and eat” meal. Fully cooked and totally delicious, this Lasagna only needs some time in the microwave or oven to be enjoyed. The Lasagna entree is loaded with tasty ingredients. Therefore, it is heavy, thick and full. To go from completely frozen to fully heated requires some time. While we recommend microwaving this entree, there are some other options you have as well.
Mostaciolli with Meatballs
This is a fully cooked product and only needs to be heated to eat. Keep in mind that this entree is full of delicious ingredients, making it thick and heavy. To go from completely frozen to fully heated requires some time. While we recommend microwaving this entree, there are some other options you have as well.
NOTE
Microwave ovens and traditional ovens all vary in wattage and size per home, so heating times may vary to get your entree fully heated. Instructions here are based on a 1200-watt microwave oven.

Frozen Entree Re-heating
From Frozen to Microwave
Remove label, plastic wrap and lid. For best results cover with microwave safe plastic wrap. Cook for 20 minutes. Let Lasagna rest in microwave for 2 minutes, uncover, move lasagna squares to allow sauce in between, recover and heat for additional 5 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Cooking times may vary. Time based on a 1200-watt microwave.
Caution container may be very hot.
From Frozen to Microwave
Remove label, plastic wrap, and lid. For best results, cover with microwave safe plastic wrap. Cook for 18 minutes. Remove from microwave, remove plastic wrap, stir, and then heat for additional 5 minutes. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times may vary. Time based on a 1200 watt microwave

From Frozen to Oven
Remove label, plastic wrap and lid. For best results, cover with aluminum foil. Place container on sheet pan. Preheat oven to 425°F, place sheet pan with lasagna in oven, cook for 55 minutes. Uncover, move lasagna squares to allow sauce in between, recover and heat for additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve. Always best to cover with aluminum foil. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.

From Frozen to Oven
Remove label, plastic wrap and lid. For best results, cover with aluminum foil. Place container on sheet pan. Preheat oven to 425°F, place sheet pan with Mostaccioli in oven, cook for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Cover with foil and cook for another 15 minutes then serve. Always best to cover with aluminum foil. Cook until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.

Defrosting Before Re-heating
Both entrees can be defrosted in the refrigerator and will keep for up to six days before heating. They can then be heated quickly in the microwave or oven. This gives you the option to heat up your entree one portion at a time.
From Defrosted to Microwave
Make sure your entree is fully defrosted in the refrigerator. Remove wrapper and label and place in the microwave for 6 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Rotate and cook on high for an additional 6 minutes. Microwaves may vary. Cut, serve and eat!
From Defrosted to Microwave
Remove wrapper and label. Keep lid on! Heat for 8 minutes. Remove lid and stir. Heat on high for an additional 4 minutes or until full heated.
From Defrosted to Oven
Defrost entree in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake only until fully heated. Oven times may vary.
NOTE: The Lasagna container is oven-safe and may be placed oven without the lid – use foil to replace lid. Or, you can transfer Lasagna to an oven-safe baking dish and cover with foil or an oven-safe lid.
From Defrosted to Oven
Defrost entree in the refrigerator for 24 hours, but not more than 6 days. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake only until fully heated. Oven times may vary.
NOTE: The Mostaccioli container is oven-safe and may be placed oven without the lid – use foil to replace lid. Or, you can transfer Mostaccioli to an oven-safe baking dish and cover with foil or an oven-safe lid.
